Minimum Orders

All first time orders must meet a minimum of $1500. Any replenishment orders thereafter are not subject to minimums.

Payment Terms

We accept payment via Credit Card or Net 30 – pending approval of submitted forms. Your order will ship as ready upon receipt of submitted and approved CC Authorization, while opting for Net30 terms incurs a 3 -4 week wait period for bank and trade approvals submissions. Our accounting department will advise your credit line limit if approved for Net30. For those who require immediate deliveries, we recommend paying via Credit Card to avoid the 3 to 4 week wait period for the credit to clear.

Return/Exchange Policy

All order discrepancies and return requests must be reported within seven calendar days of the shipment receiving date to warrant an official Return Authorization (RA) form. Merchandise must include all original tags and packaging to be considered for credit approval. Orders returned to the warehouse will not be accepted.
