Returns and Exchanges – Website Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason, please use the following procedure to exchange or return the item for a full refund, exchange, or credit (shipping costs not included):

Contact us at sales@mai-nyc.com within 7 calendar days from the date on the merchandise receipt for a return authorization number (RA#). 

Once you obtain an RA # and expiry date, mail the items back within 14 calendar days of purchase date, pre-paid and insured for the full price by a trackable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx.  Please make sure to write the RA# on the exterior of the package so we can easily identify it. 

Please note that returns must arrive in-house within the expiry date or it is subject to rejection and no longer valid for refunds, exchanges, or credit.

All merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and tags stills attached.
